Performance and characteristics
The slitter adopts PLC touch screen, three motor vector control, automatic taper tension and central coiling mode. The main engine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to keep balanced operation during acceleration.
Automatic meter counting and alarm function. The winder adopts a and B air expansion shaft structure, which is easy to unload.
Photoelectric automatic correction system is adopted for unwinding, so that irregular materials can be cut normally.
Automatic discharge device for longitudinal cutting edge of round knife (suction shredding removal).
Hydraulic shaftless automatic feeding (it can be equipped with pneumatic expansion shaft automatic feeding, optional).
