Purpose

It is suitable for rewinding BOPP, PE, pet, masking paper, double-sided tape, release paper, etc;
 

Characteristic:

1. The tension of winding and unwinding is controlled by PLC automatic calculation taper, for example, the winding shaft: as the winding diameter gradually increases, the winding tension also gradually increases, so that the tension of the whole rewinding process to the material remains unchanged, forming a constant tension
2. Two section length setting, accurate crimp length
3. Using high performance programmable controller, the whole rewinding operation is very simple, length counting and tension control are led touch screen;
4. Air pressure paper tube fixing design is adopted, the paper tube is firm, the loading and unloading is simple and fast, and the efficiency is greatly improved;
5. Oil pressure feeding mechanism (belongs to optional equipment), providing simple and easy raw material feeding operation;
6. The pressing wheel is controlled by cylinder, and the pressure level is adjustable, which can press the semi-finished products properly to ensure that the semi-finished products are stable and smooth in the rewinding process
