When using high-speed Slitter, you should pay attention to the following details, which can be paid attention to from several aspects.
Check whether the number of joints on the product section is the same as the number you are connected to. If the hot-melt adhesive coater does not match, rewind it immediately to prevent the inner joint from mixing into the product.
According to the characteristics of semi-finished products, the EPC device is adjusted to ensure that the EPC photoelectric is always on the tracking line, and the membrane is started at a low speed by holding one end of the membrane by hand, so that the membrane goes into normal state.
Stop press the stop key, the hand is not allowed to touch the reel when unloading, to avoid fingers being clamped.
Start the machine slowly, observe whether the slitting film meets the quality requirements, and then slowly speed up the slitting. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put the hand into the machine to avoid the back pressure of the hand.
Open (close) the material bracket to a suitable width, and put the semi-finished film coil to be cut on the bracket. When feeding, the hand must be separated from the cross section of the film coil. Two people are not allowed to operate together to prevent the hand from being clamped by the cylinder.
Return the photoelectricity to the center position to ensure that the slider of the unwinding table is kept in the proper position in the middle of the guide rod.
Put the standard paper tube on the receiving shaft, cut the required products into the paper tubes of the upper and lower receiving shafts pulled according to the normal method, start the machine at low speed, find out the proper position of the paper tube on the receiving shaft, and mark it for the next installation.
When installing the paper tube, hands must grasp the surface of the paper tube to prevent it from slipping and being damaged by the shaft. All the sliced films shall be led to the take-up roll according to the operation requirements. When the hot-melt adhesive machine passes through the film, no blade is allowed on the machine to prevent being scratched.
According to the requirements of the mission list, the device cuts the tool holder to the appropriate position, fastens the tool, and then starts the machine at low speed to cut the semi-finished product into the required standard.
Press turn on the machine power supply, set the tension of winding and unwinding, the active stop number of counter and the thickness of data according to the requirements of the mission list, and turn on the photoelectric switch after setting.
