Maintenance and troubleshooting of rewinder

There are two steps to solve the problem of toilet paper rewinder
1. The photoelectric protection function of a fully open toilet paper production and processing equipment fails. After emergency treatment, the machine can still work, but without protection detection, the operators will worry about their own safety, resulting in low efficiency.
2. The circuit board was removed for visual inspection. It was found that the substrate around the power bridge pile was discolored. It was concluded that the bridge pile had been burnt out. The bridge pile was replaced for power test, but there was no reaction. Using a multimeter, the newly replaced bridge pile has been burnt out, so it can be judged that there is a short circuit. Check the components one by one from the bridge stack. It is found that a three terminal voltage stabilizing block (7805) is broken down. The components are bought and replaced. After power on, the power indicator on the circuit board is on. The operator installed the circuit board on the machine and operated according to the normal procedure to check whether the photoelectric protection function worked. He covered the light eye with his hand and stopped the falling knife immediately. After several attempts, it was normal.

Maintenance:
1. The transmission device of toilet paper rewinder, such as gear chain, needs to add butter after a period of time.
2. Rewinder generally does not have problems. The consumable parts are nothing more than small gears. If the printing knife is easy to break, the wool roller will become thinner after one and a half years of use, and it needs to be transported back to the factory for maintenance. If the embossing pattern of steel roller needs to be replaced, the steel roller needs to be transported back to the original factory for modification. It doesn't cost much.
3. Pay attention to the voltage stability of rewinder, otherwise it is easy to burn the motor; pay attention to the hygiene, and do not let the sundries fall between the steel roll and the rough roll.
