The whole machine adopts imported PLC centralized control to realize constant linear speed control of traction and winding and constant tension control of unwinding. PLC automatically calculates the diameter of the upper and lower coiling materials, controls the electro pneumatic converter to make the upper and lower precision slip gas expansion shaft get the correct torque, combines with the taper to realize the taper control of the upper and lower coiling tension, and uses the precision pressure reducing valve to control the upper and lower coiling pressure roller to get the ideal pressure. The ideal slip effect can be achieved by using precision slip air expansion shaft, which can solve the problem of uneven material thickness of upper and lower shafts. Similarly, PLC automatically calculates the unwinding diameter and automatically controls the torque of unwinding motor to realize constant tension control. The winder adopts slip gas expansion shaft, precision pressure reducing valve to control pressure roller air pressure and winder linear speed control scheme.
