1: Application of reflective film in highway traffic signs: for different grades of highways, according to the different design speed, different grades of reflective film are used to make signs. Generally, for roads with faster design speed (such as expressways, expressways, first-class highways, etc.), reflective film with high retroreflection coefficient and strong reflective brightness is required; recently, some urban roads in economically developed areas They also specify the use of high-grade reflective film to make road signs, which is both beautiful and improves the safety performance; generally, roads with slow design speed (such as provincial roads and national roads) use more medium grade reflective film; and some temporary signs usually use low-grade reflective film.
2: Application of reflective film in vehicle license plate: at present, the vehicle license plate used in mainland China is type 92, and its production process is
1) Paste a flexible reflective film on the aluminum plate (usually license plate reflective film is used), use a special machine to punch out the number, and then screen the color on the number. If the license plate is black on a yellow background, then use the Yellow reflective film to screen black ink. The car license plate processed by this process is non reflective. After a period of use, the ink often falls off and the whole plate is broken The license plate becomes a color, which is used in Guangdong Province;
2) Paste a flexible reflective film on the aluminum plate (usually license plate reflective film), and then screen printing. If the license plate is white on blue background, use the white reflective film to screen printing with blue ink, and then punch out the number, and use tiannashui to wipe off the ink on the number. The license plate produced by this process is not reflective. Now the license plate in Hunan Province is made by this process;
In 2002, the 02 type personalized license plate was launched as a pilot in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen and Hangzhou. The process was completely different. After six months of the pilot, it was stopped for various reasons.
3: The application of reflective film in the body logo: the special logo for 2004 type police car is made by using reflective film screen printing; the relevant departments of the state stipulate that the body of a truck with a certain weight or more must use a reflector to show the outline of the vehicle; the vehicle transporting dangerous chemicals must be pasted with a special logo made of reflective material.
