If the automatic cutting table has been out of service for more than 3 months, the anti rust oil shall be covered with moisture-proof paper; after the work is completed, the equipment shall be carefully cleaned, the exposed friction surface shall be wiped clean, and the lubricating oil shall be added. To do a good job in the daily maintenance of the slitter, the following five points should be done well:

First, the electrical parts should be cleaned and inspected regularly to eliminate hidden dangers in time.
Second, the use of slitter depends on slitter and Crosscutter. Therefore, high quality slitter and Crosscutter should be used.
Third, the daily maintenance of the slitter should be in place, the criterion is smooth, clean, clearing (no dust, no debris) in place, to ensure that the sliding part of the equipment is in good condition.
Fourth, it is maintenance work. Regular and irregular inspection of rotating parts (especially real-time monitoring of vulnerable parts) should be stopped. Carry out regular adjustment, regular replacement, commutator and make detailed records, so as to extend the service life of the equipment.
Fifthly, improve the technical quality and degree of the personnel who operate the slitting machine. The operation of the control part should be performed by a specially assigned person. No one is allowed to operate without permission.
